Splodge Away new Sceneit country mask.

This was one of the new masks on Create and Craft yesterday. I saw this one for the first time the day before and had a quick play in Suzicraft but made a mess of the house so I took the mask home and had a go last night. this was the result. So anyone who hasnt used the masks before can see the result you can get without any practice. They are amazing. Thanks Tom. I think I am going to send this one to my cousin in Australia. Now this is a bit risky as she is an artist and does fabulous landscapes so may be very critical as she will look at it with an artist eye!!!!!!

SPLODGE AWAY ON C&C

Well another great show from Tom at Splodge Away on Create and Craft with again some fabulous samples from the design team. I have to say that there were lots more beautiful creations that werent shown on TV but I am sure that Tom will be posting a seltion on the Spldgeaway blog as soon as he can. These new masks, like Toms previous ones make amazing cards and I hope if you havent already ordered them you will be ordering them soon. I particularly liked the flower ones as they open up endless possabilities. My next card I am going to make is the country scene. I saw it and had a play very briefly yesterday so havent tried properly yet. Whatch this space!.
Bye for now. Keep Safe and warm

My demos

Well what a day Sunday was. Got up at six dressed and picked Shelagh up before going to the Ross paper craft show where we met the Tom Mojo and Sam. We arrived first and discovered where the complimentary tea and toast was.lolx It ws all stations going setting up the stand and just made it for the doors opening. Tom was surrounded doing his demos and talking to the customers. Later I had a turn of doing my very first demo which I thouroughly enjoyed. I did the Poinsettia but in pinks and useing different techniques. The above picture shows the end results. I have splodged in pinks and satmped with a script stamp. Glittered and used pearl markers for spots.

Thanks for popping by

ANOTHER ROCKER!

Another rocker card. Well I couldnt not do one when I had so many wonderful masks to play with. I thought this lent itself to a rocker as I think the image is a young one and I always think of little people when I make a rocker although a lot of my rockers were with adult images. ( Work that one out if you can)

The basics of the rocker card were the same but I rang the large circle through the Grand Calibur useing the star mask then keeping the mask in olace coloured the stars with pan pastels. I embossed the card and coloured it again but this time cut out some of the stars to embellish the stamped image which was a freebie from a stamping magazine.x

Success at last I have now managed to post an image. Dont know what is happening with the blog folks but never mind at least I have a picture on.

Well bloggers just watched Toms first show on Create and Craft today with his new masks and Stenscapes. ANOTHER SELL OUT. At this rate the design team will become redundant as they didnt have time to show our samples!! lolx. Because of this I thought I would put them on my blog straight away for you to see but it seems my blog has decided to change the way you put pictures on and I cant get them on. Doh! Never mind please visit me later and hopefully I will have worked it out.
